INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT

Educational technology is critical component of a 21st Century classroom. There is a host of issues to consider when trying to build instructional technology into your classroom such as: devices, access, safety and security, training, and support. Very often these projects become cumbersome for states with little or no experience implementing technology in a secure setting.

At CEEAS, we work with juvenile justice schools to help overcome barriers related to safety and security, Internet access, technology funding, policy, procurement, and implementation. We provide onsite training for teachers and leadership on highly engaging instructional technology strategies that can transform the classroom. We work with schools and juvenile justice agencies remotely to navigate new projects such as Chromebook implementation or Google Apps for Education. We also have a large teacher support network that works in facilities with students in makerspaces, coding, and computer science classes.

If you are interested in working with CEEAS on instructional technology support please email Kat Crawford.
