POEM TITLE: The Subtle Sound

The lower and quiet sounds of the world

Oh! Is that the subtle sound I hear within the white wall?

The subtle breeze slightly moves the feathers of the tree.

The quiet but hearable chips of the blue Jay.

The progress of growth for all living things is so subtle.

But the fast of the abrupt movement of the unnatural takes the front of the stage___

That we can no longer hear the slurp of the roofs.

Oh how subtle, but it’s ok

We would all be

Subtle soon.
